I had a great experience at PJ Nicholls Pershore because I was able to book an MOT and service for my car on a day and time that suited me. The staff are polite and helpful, and I was kept informed about the work being done / needed

The experience at PJ Nicholls Pershore was OK but several additional items such as new numberplates (fitted, until I complained, with the old rusty screws and no screw covers) and new flasher bulbs were added as part of MoT test and it all turned out to be very expensive

My experience at PJ Nicholls Pershore was memorable because Justin, who collected my car was brilliant and kept me up to date from start to finish. I am a Motability customer, but that didn't change anything. Very helpful and professional, especially in the heat! Even the dog, Rusty got a cuddle and was very happy too!
